If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You've already been to the goblins on Joppa isle- those are the only ones in the game, which sadly ends soon after the cliffs/woods/ruins place. I don't think there's a way back either, so you're stuck with a hammer that you can't use. If you can't hit the fish no matter what, it's propably not possible with fists. Either load a previously saved game to get the hammer or dinkedit the fish.
