If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I think that error pops up if a MIDI file can't be played. Test all the MIDIs in the Dmod by opening them with the program you play MIDIs with, and replace/delete any MIDIs that won't work.
Btw, that's a system error code, not a file, I believe. Irfanview displays about the same thing if the MIDI device is busy or the MIDI is corrupt.
