You have some funky CD burning programs. Uninstall Drag+Drop CD/DVD. Try removing whichever one has ramasst.exe and dvdramst.exe (which, I'm guessing, is Drag+Drop CD/DVD). When you boot into safe mode, rename those files to ramasst.old and dvdramst.old, respectively. They're in the Windows/System32 directory. Disable Ahead InCD if you can, as well.
