Maybe you could use Simon's 'Mutant Kitty' and (if he doesn't mind)
alter them to look a little more 'wolfy'.

EDIT:

You could copy and paste the dragon's head and tip of it's tail
onto each of the pig graphics...
like this.

You could then make it greyscale... like this

or use a paintshop program and apply a smudgy fur effect...
