: I received an email from WC a few days ago saying that I need to send a confirmation email to keep my DN account. Although it is quite weird to delete inactive account, especially for such a small community, I did send an email back to WC. Then today I received an email with an attachment that said "This e-mail was detected as spam, please do not spam that address...your e-mail to the user has been deleted and the user will not receive it."

WC is a moron
He seems to think that e-mail filters actually work. Even after they blocked e-mail from Seth. It is quite obvious that they don't work at all, and block legitimate e-mail way too often.
I do believe he is checking the validity of various accounts, though I don't know why he checked yours.
