Actually, I dunno what the heck was going on there. The I looked at it, and remembered. It makes sort of sense... though it should be changed to something like this:
Just don't plan on getting to 5th base (or whatever the baseball analogy is) for about three years: the age of consent in Wisconsin is 18.
