Makes me wonder what the plan for Cloud Castle 3 was. Most likely following on from the secret-boss-defeated endings, but without actually referencing any of them specifically. Especially since two of the three companions you could have are dead at that point.

Maybe one day SabreTrout will elucidate (or release Cloud Castle 3, which I suppose will be the next biggest D-Mod for me to wait for once Necromancer comes out).
