I tested YeoldDink's Appimage and was very impressed with how well it supported all that I expected to work so far in terms of backwards compatibility with the current Linux version that "comes with" my favorite distro.
The Debug/Console/Ultimate-Cheat features are quite impressive too. I will definitely use this version of the Dink Engine for any difficult DinkC debugging I need to do. I tried it with several of my dmods and will keep testing to see if any problems come up. So far, so good.
