@ Foot:
In the version 1.08, after the intro cutscene, I spawned inside some dungeon with some wizard dude. I guessed this must be a bug, so I tried on DinkHD, and it works normally.

Hmmm. I do not test very much with DinkHD, but I DO test extensively with 1.08 under Linux and under Windoze Vista (well, I use Wine(*) lately) and have never had Dink end up in the wrong screen after the intro!

I'll look into that though. #1)Did the same problem happen more than once? #2)Were you doing anything a bit unusual, (such as trying to direct Dink somewhere before the cut scene was over)? #3)What else can you tell me about how this happens?

Every time you open inventory, you lose health. Maybe this was intentional, for every time you pick a sword from it, but it happens, even if I just open it.

You have apparently noticed one of the costs of using Carnifex Maximus, that Martridge tried to warn Dink about. This is not a bug, it's just how this type of parasite (and evil intelligent weapon) works. Have fun!

Idiot user second:
What are buttons for playing blackjack. I can't pick 'hit me' or any other option...?

Well, you need to use the left and right arrow keys to move the cursor, then press [Ctrl].

(*)Wine (originally an acronym for "Wine Is Not an Emulator") is a compatibility layer capable of running Windows applications on several POSIX-compliant operating systems, such as Linux, macOS, & BSD.
