You could have a friend with a DVD burner, build an ISO of the disk with the drivers on it.
You should be able to partition a USB stick to have 1 partition identify as a CD/DVD drive, and the other as a data storage partition. Afaics, you can also make the CD partition bootable. From there, simply burn the iso to the faux CD drive which lives on your usb stick.
