i really dont remember the worst days or years of my life, i tend to focus on whats good. And know what? Im proud of myself for that.
Punisher, what you really need to do is focus on the good aspects of your life. And also not on things you hate, but on things you love.
For instance, yes you may be autistic. But you have a family. You may not see that as a good thing now, but in the future you may come to realize that youre pretty lucky. I promise man, if you focus on all the good in your life, youll be a much happier person.
