The Dink Network

I have really tried and tried to find the darn keys on this first island that the wizard teleports 'ol' Dink to but I can not find a key behind any trees and there is not a kitchen to get under to find a key. I did find a place to get from one place to another in the Fish sellers house but I think that would be cheating. Sooooo my question is how in the heck to I get off of this island or get into the Duck/Chicken guys house or get to the bridge or to the stairs behind the dead trees on the west side of the island???? I really have been everywhere about 10 times.
Any help would be appreciated.
