Hit the lever with your bow.
Then the soldier will kill the goblin (you can do it yourslft and get the XP).
When the goblin is dead, ask the soldier for the key and "talk" to the gate, it will disappear and the screen will lose its lock.
But when I try to leave the room, the screen freezes, and I have to kill the task.
