Hell yeah, it happens now and then, and cracks me up every time. I remember some sort of a horror movie, and suddenly the cave of terror wav from Mystery Island started playing... the entire atmoshpere was instantly and irrevocably ruined.

It's because a lot of Dink's sound effects are from Hollywood Edge.
