You don't seem to understand how the iPhone App store and Android stores work. They're a completely closed system!
Seth wouldn't relinquish the price on the phone versions, he would continue selling them at the same price, while making the engine code base available for all.
Dink has been freeware since 1999 which is what I was referring to. People can already download the Dink game for free instead of paying the nominal few dollars to get it on their iPhone. Are these people in some way swashbuckling pirates depriving Seth of his deserved money?
