I think it might be that you have the potion set to -1 touch damage in it's properties. That could be interfering with the touch damage settings within the script. Try changing the touch damage in the sprite's properties back to 0.
EDIT: You should also change it from Brain 6 to Brain 0 in it's properties. It's usually a good idea not to set settings in the editor when they're declared in the script. I don't think it would hurt anything, since it's brain 6 in the script as well, but still.
