Been offline for a while because I've sold off some major parts on my computer and gotten new ones. My hard drive is recently formatted (I think it's spelled that way) and I installed OS all over. Got my (in the making) DMOD on a backup drive.
Installed Dink Smallwood and WinDinkEdit+, copied over my DMOD to the primary drive. When I play it, it works fine at first but not in cutscenes. The current screen isn't changing to another. And I can't edit it in WinDinkEdit+, when I click on a map square it crashes.
I then remembered that I should'a created a .dmod file of my dmod.
I guess map.dat is broken. Any ideas on how to recover the DMOD?
