Digimon X Evolution - I didn't watched but i heard that it's really good. It's in 3D though but very well made.
Street Fighter 2 - This movie just rocks! All characters from SF2 are in there!
Street Fighter Alpha - Not related to story from SFA series but it's cool. There are some characters from this game(Even Akuma
) but also you will meet Ryu's brother!
