I think the Chris Wade in Headhunter: Redemption is the creepiest boss in all games. first of all, the boss is a little kid who is being kept 'alive' by a life support system, then when comes time for the boss fight, he chases you around in a giant robot suit that shoots grenades at you and heals the kid instantly as you shoot him. the bad thing is that he yells out "Daddy?!?" every five/ten seconds. the worst is that you play as the kids dad, who is still greiving the loss of the kid who had supposedly died years ago. now, who can come up with a worse boss?
