Ok, I'm stuck in a D-mod called Escape. At the end where the "controller" turns into a slayer, I can't kill her. I think I need throwing axes or to learn some magic (fireball, for example). Currently I've got a fist, a bag of holy shoot, a turnip-sword and that's it. No magic. I found the magic mushroom (and explored the library world), helped the Death Tree, helped the mayor, helped the turnip. Can somebody now help me? Pretty please?? Thanks in advance.

I don't think you have missed anything, but I think you're supposed to get magic from the turnip, not a sword. Did you get to choose what you want? If you are doing decent damage to the slayer (about 10-20) I don't think there is anything you are missing. But, with the turnip magic instead of the sword, the fight is fairly straightforward. Also, from the (I think) merchant in Nowheresville, you can buy a piece of metal that you can use on the hole in the wall just before the slayer room. It gives you a second chance of fighting her if you fail the first time, but that doesn't seem very useful, not unless she remains at the health you beat her into at the first try (I never had to retry when using Turnip magic, so I'm not sure).

Hmm... When I visited the turnip it asked me to get holy water. I found it at the wizard's place and brought it to the turnip. Then it gave me the sword. I'm gonna go try talk to the turnip again...

Ok, I talked to the turnip and this is the conversation:
Turnip: "How's the turnip gift working out?"
Dink: "Ah...Peachy."
Turnip: "Good to hear!"

EDIT: Hey, I just remembered something! BOMBS! *goes to Nowheresville to get a pack of bombs*

The fight is actually quite easy with the sword. Just buy the metal piece, and die first time. On the second run you can hide behind the stone and hit the slayer from a far until hes dead. No magic whatsoever needed
