i have windink and dink edit but i dont knw how to make a dmod can u please help?

Have you looked through the tutorials posted on this site? The Rudiments of Scripting is a good one.

Also, Pre-Used scripts in Dink Smallwood provides a list of scripts you can use to make enemies, gold, powerups and other things work in your DMod.
