ok ok when i go to my account i sign in but later i have to do it again is this because i was gone so long or do you have to do this shoot! [ps do you guys have to do the "i am not a spambot" crap?]

When you log in to post, you don't have to fill in the spambot field. You only need to use that field when you post anonymously.

when i post, and i have to sign in, i just leave the spambot field empty and it doesn't do any harm

Real logging in, not "logging in as you post". Click on account, log out, and there you go, it's a log in field!
