How to get fireball?

I have just met the wizard in Phantasmagoria who demonstrated the fireball spell, but it needed more fine tuning and Dink says 'No thanks I don't want your fireball spell, I am travelling light'. Is there any way to get fireball here or is there an opportunity to get it later? Thanks.
