I've tried the poison, but I don't know where to throw it. If it is the well, I can't find the right spot in the screen. Where is the right spot?

I think you need a high agility to do it.

I think you need around 10-20 agility
and be on the east part of the armed setlement and use the potion looking to the well and on its line next to the rocks.I think dink will trow the potion if you do it.Or just keep trying ramdom places looking to the well and on its line.
