The Dink Network

Right before the end boss Dink says no I can't move and then the screen goes completely black except a few white dots. Please help me.

Uh oh... I thought that I fixed this bug...
When you are running away from the ghosts, try waiting a few seconds on the screen with the stairs and then go downstairs.

Yeah, the same thing happend to me; I tried the waiting bit, but it didn't help! Is there a patch for this? Please make one!
