The Dink Network

I was downloading the dink .bmp graphics. Usually I get a download speed of 40-50 kb/s and the file is about 10 mb. But I was getting a very low speed of 6 kb/s and it took me nearly half an hour to download the file. Is anyone else facing a problem of low download speed or is it a problem on my end?

Are you having this speed problem on other sites too? And check if someone ain't playing any games or downloads anything else from your network, that will decrease your speed. Also throw your router out of the window and buy a new one.

Make sure to open the window and disconnect the router cables first.
