creating a new kind of skeleton
Is it possible to create a skeleton dmod with no graphics in at all not even the standard dinkgraphics only the hit, walk and weapon procedures. SO you could at all the graphics you want and you're dink.ini file won't be a mess.
And when you create a .dmod file it will be less big.
Is this possible? I came up with this Idea because I added a lot of graphics in the dmod and when I make it a .dmod file it is huge.

The graphics included with the skeleton (well, pretty much any of the available skeletons) are really minimal. Sure, you could remove TS39 and the title screen and title screen buttons... but you're going to have to have some kind of title screen, you know.
The existing Dink graphics (Dink, houses, everything from the original game) aren't included with your D-Mod, so it shouldn't be much of an issue.
