I need help, AGAIN. Yea, yea I know.
Where is the wizard that sells/teaches me the Transloaction Magic spell? I can't seem to find him, I found and read the note, but thats as far as I can get in finding the wizard.
Any help would be appreciated.

Pick up the two white stone/rocks just north of the note. Go back thru the small maze, walk west until you find a bit of beach in which you can see a bit of stone at the edge of the screen (you should be facing south if you're in the right spot) - arm and use the white stones to create a bridge to the island.
