Where are they???? I've found a few, but not the one to get the doll!

There is an entrance inside/behind the two fireplaces. You have to put the fire out.
There's the entrance on the Recreation level if you talk to the green guy in the South-West.
There's another entrance on the Prison level, which you need the White Key to enter.
Lastly, there's an entrance in the North-West corner of Level 1. I think you need a bomb to get there, I'm not entirely sure.
