Doe someone know the anwser to the first riddle in this DMOD:
Unlike a peronified conduit of food and drink, I don't like to be tipped by the locals. In fact it is rather hazardous to my health. I am not white or black.

Personified conduit of food and drink = a waiter/watress, who like to be tipped with money. Taking the word 'tip' differently, there is something known as 'cow tipping' where some people like to tip cows on their side, with the idea that they won't be able to get back up.

A cow is usually white and black, so it is not white or black, but both.

There were a couple other hints in dialogue choices, too.

Poster is the correct answer.

However, what's the logic behind it?

However, what's the logic behind it?

There are a total of 9 posters in two rooms including the one you are in. The other is not far away.

And for the record: Most cows are actually brown. The black and whites are just thought to be the best milk cows. (I lived in ranching country.)

Edit: I actually didn't figure it out, either. I just reverse engineered the script to crack it. I hate riddles, but I love math.

I see. Huh...

(In the following passage, I took a lot of time to really think about this riddle, because it was rather intriguing for thought.)

If I may give my blunt opinion, I think the riddle was a bit poorly written. First of all, I would have never figured out that the word might be "poster", even if I did know that the focus was on the pictures at the hall of fame. Why isn't the answer "picture" or "glass-framed portrait" or simply "portrait"? Why is it "poster"? Was there a clue that these pictures were paper-only and not frame-lamented and glass-covered? Secondly, unlike the other riddles, this one is specific to Dink at that scene and not relating to a thing or concept of the larger general world. No one could have figured that out unless/until he or she goes to DinkSolutions to find the answer and thought about the logistics behind it. (See, I didn't even know what the meaning behind the answer was until darksign13 explained it!). Well, this point maybe subjective, so I leave it open to doubt. On the other hand, my third and most important point is, all of the other riddles had lines that each cleverly, obtusely and even comically gave hints as to what the object was. For example, the table is an important part of a meal but is not good to eat. That's clever. A cow is not black or white. It's black and white at the same time! That's clever. Here, the portraits being a "slice of time" that's "always to be remembered" does not seem to fit this technique of logical wittiness: it doesn't describe, or pertain to the characteristics, qualities and/or behavior of a picture or a poster; it was merely referring to those posters inside the Cast Castle. In line with the second point, had I not known that the riddle was specific to the dink game at that particular scene, I would have simply thought that "never to be reclaimed" and "forever to be remembered" would refer to more general things like a scientific name of a kind of blissful memory or a name for a certain measurement of time on a calender ("day", "week", "month", "year", "minute", "second", etc. etc. But gosh. Which one of these would be made up of nine smaller measurements? There are 7 days in a week. Nah! there are 60 minutes in a hour. Gah... )

Finally, if I'm not mistaken, I only counted 7 posters total. That is coming from a fan who has downloaded this d-mod 3-5 years ago and has become familiar with the different scenes and chain of events in the storyline. If there were 2 more that I missed, which I probably did, I would have had to have gone out of my way to find where these 2 were. What if I never found those 2? See?

In short, there was no possible chance for me to know what the answer was until I visit dinksolution. As for the other riddles, there were chances that I could have figured them out with their references to the outside world. (I came rather close to figuring out the table riddle. At first, I considered the silverware, more specifically a fork; turns out that the fork normally has 4 prods, not 3, so that option was out. I then considered a 3 legged revolver at a restaurant that conveniently passed food from one person to another. However, that would have been too specific to a certain kind of restaurant and aren't an important part of meals...).

Actually, there are 3 options for right answers. I think picture is one of them.
