i need agility to throw the poison, so do i have to levelup to get agility or are there any agility potions in deadworld or watherver the name is?

There are some agility potions - one around the windy mountian - others are in a cave area (which you can get to if you've killed the dragon before getting to the Dead World - if you haven't killed the dragon yet... then you will get many agility potions when you do - if my memory serves me!)
