In the broken world, there is a man who sells you water near a tree (near armed settlement), this tree can NOT be watered and remains withered.
Also, when you meet the water goddess (in the red water), she doesn't actually show up until the end of the conversation (when she fades away).

Also I just noticed that the Orc girl you save is NAKED after you cure her petrification, In the original she walks around with armor and a sword, was that changed?
She also turns into a regular goblin when she attacks somebody (with a hammer)
When she dies while naked, she suddenly has armor and just stands there, when you leave the screen and come back, she is lying dead on the floor with armor on her body.
Also the frog disguise doesn't make noise when you attack, only when you actually hit something with an attack.
After I cured the Orc girl the whole armed settlement vanished! Only some of the villagers are left and talks about their leader (which I used tornado spell on so he is dead) Is that normal? :<

When I loaded my saves again, Orc girl is no longer naked?
Also the bug did not happen again when she was cured

hmmm, will take a look soon... I assume you're playing the R-rated version, but Skard should not be naked in the End World stuff.
There may well be a few trees that are hard to water. Due to other objects around that probably would benefit from have sp_nohit() checked. You don't need to revive every tree, just a certain amount triggers the tree spirit into helping you.
DinkHD weirdness can be frustrating... I assume you're using DinkHD, but what platform? I assumed PC based on the earlier comment about using Freedink, but thought I should check to make sure.

None of what you described is what is meant to happen... will look into this tomorrow.
Yep loading the quicksave does indeed have Skard naked. The end game graphics are not loaded. This happens with the save machine script, or maybe a vision controlled script I'll have to check.
Now quicksave as a device was not around when this dmod was created, and ... the dmod relies on the save machine to load in the correct graphics, as I needed to re-use various slots for the later part of the story. Skard was one of the sprites that I did this with. In the Port Town part of the dmod she is naked, because it isn't Skard, but some other female goblin, Grumhilda or something...
Anyway, I figure it is possible that a load of a quicksave game might not load the correct graphics, although my logical mind says if I load an end game regular saved game, then a quicksave in the end world should be fine if loaded next... but... I'm guessing, and that's what I did and I still got naked goblin, so my guess was wrong. Hmmm, not sure what exactly gets saved in the new quicksave and autosave files of the new engine.

I used a TON of quicksaves in this run, and mostly just kept loading my quicksave instead of actual saves, it's true that loading my regular save fixed it I guess!

But I tried loading regular save and that fixed naked orc girl at the point where you first meet water spirit, but the water spirit still does not show up when you first talk to her, only when she is fading away because the conversation is done. She shows up the 2'nd time you talk to her when you're about to leave by boat.

Okay, I think I've solved the water spirit not appearing, and have a somewhat hard solution for the naked goblin appearing during the end run.
This second one involves disabling save states, so that you can't use quicksave once you reach Decretius' screen. Probably frustrating for some, but that was my original intention back in 2002 and why there was no save machine once you get to that point. The end is a battle as much against time as Decretius - he can never been killed, just wounded enough to run away to fight again another day.
Save states must save quite a few things, including any scripts that have already attached to screens as I adjusted the end-visn.c script to force load the correct Skard and Cthullos graphics, which work once you leave the Decretius screen after loading the quicksave, but not on the Decretius screen itself.
The water spirit not appearing seems to have been a change in script checking of global variables as far as I can tell, so I've put the graphics appearing directly in the script that handles this whole cut scene rather than have it called as a spawn via an if statement.
Have also fixed the pus man starting to move around if you hit him once he is lying on the ground. That looked silly.

Two of these don't have leaf growing graphics... not sure why I didn't make them, maybe I ran out of spare slots back 20 years ago for the graphics.
