Where are all the coals?

I am in the miner village and I need to find the coal. I have found the one at the gas leak, the one is the invested zone and the one in the I think excavation cave.
It keeps saying I need to find one more and I have no idea where it is.

It's been a while but I think those 3 should be all of them. Using the three of them on the generator should be able to get it started?
