I can't say I have ever heard black metal, but if it sounds like most death metal, I will hate it. We occasionally have some local music playing downtown where I live, and most of what plays there is either death metal or punk. There is this other band called Roost, which sounds alot like Sublime and has done several Sublime covers.

if you consider slayer death metal, no, its not like black metal. black metal is more original in a sense that bands tend to form more of a unique sound. or at least the few black metal bands i have heard, but the ones i like KICK ASS. like cradle of filth, they are frickin awesome. theyre pretty evil and they do not like god. bye bye franklin its now me and my black metal friends.

These Cradle of Filth guy´s suck little because they not are real satanics they only showing. But like Emperor, real noreigan Norwegian Black Metal they not showing they are real satanists. Emperor bassman burned church anh other Emperor guy killed other people.
