I can't seem to get buttstomp to work. I have tried all of the other keyboard commands, and they are ok, but when I press B nothing happens. HELP!

How far are you in the game? If you can bear to start over, I suggest restarting the game or re-installing it.

I already restarted, thinking it might have been because I didn't read the note in the duck cave. This time I did everything I can think of, and still no buttstomp. Thanks for the quick response. I am addicted!!

Hmmm... Did you notice how there were some bookcases when you went to meet the fence guy? You could read from some of those books and one explained how to do buttstomp. I think that you might have had to have read that. (how's that for a tongue twister?)

You do have v1.05 or newer of Dink Smallwood, right? If you have v1.04 or earlier, Buttstomping won't work, sorry. But I think installing the v1.07 Patch could make it work.

Oh, and you have to have your Fist equipped to Buttstomp.

If you do have v1.05 or newer, and it still doesn't work, let me know.

Thanks!! I didn't have my fist equipped. Did I miss something somewhere or am I just supposed to know that buttstomping requires fists (I am a grandmother). In any case, back to the game. And no matter what flaws you think this has, it is FUN... which is what I want most in a game, challenging, but not so hard as to be frustrating.

I think maybe some of the bookshelves told you that you needed fists equipped (as Nunzilla mentioned). I'm not sure.

And thanks for the complements, but unfortunately, FIAT gets quite frustrating later on. Like in the Fire Dungeon
