how to get marina out?
Forget about her. Go do other things in the fairy world. Much later in the game you will get her out. You'll know when the time is.

Plus she doesn't put out for you. Totally not worth saving a damsel if she doesn't put out.
Where do i find the holy cleansing water for the trader?

There's a hint somewhere that it's in an underground lake, and it is. When you go there, make sure you have at least two bombs with you. In fact, never use your last bomb, because there's a bug which makes it not work. You can only place a bomb when you have at least two.
