Hi all,
I am in Story 3 and while running around somehow in my backpack I have got 2 pots (I am sure they would be needed in the course of the story) the main thing though is catching this tumbleweed thing, its not easy to do. Does anybody have any tips for how to do it ?

Just stand in front of them and wait so they roll at you.

Seriously, you are probably asking guestions even without trying to do stuff yourself. And you ask stuff like "How to get to the center of the maze" which is almost impossible to answer to. Either try it until you feel like you have tried EVERYTHING and then ask a guestion, or then use the dang walkthrough.

I did, I waited, don't see anything in my backpack. I did cutting them, nothing happened, I tried flaming them, watering them nothing of them touched the tumbleweed hence asking.

I do get dialogs saying something about mud but that's about it.

And I do try, I replayed the whole story 1 and 2 because I was unable to go to the center of maze.

Thankfully, succeeded (still wonder how) the second time around.

You need to 'talk' to them. Just stand in front like Skull said and hammer the spacebar when they come near.

The world could always use more heroes
what i do is walk around in tiny circles around where the tumbleweed will run into dink, so that he can catch them.

That is nothing compared to what you will have to do when you get further. Just warning.
