The Dink Network

So this is not a real game add on, it did pop up as first in the list of add ons for me on my iPad so I thought let?s try it out.

The graphics look really cool with holding the shield, both types, the standard one and the smaller, little round one. Plus the ring around Dink at his feet letting you know how long the shield blocking effect has left is nice.

You can use the shield if you are armed with a sword or just Dink?s fist, but not the bow, which makes sense seeing that is a two handed weapon.

There is no quest here, just a few screens with different monsters to try things out, and one place with a guy who tells you about how it all works, which I didn?t really understand but I guess those who can create these add on games would get it. I burnt the trees hoping for secrets or a quest, but nothing.

You can stand over or on top of the health potion bottle on the stool which was a bit weird.

Hope to see someone use this in a bigger add-on.

What Ex-Deathevn and RobJ has managed to do is simply jawdropping. The two shields included, the buckler and kite shield is of absolute top quality. It really looks like they were always there. The code made by RobJ is in absolute top class and greatly commented to understand everything. Superb coding.

Very well done. An absolute must have in my opinion! In every dmod I make or play, I will always have these shields included.

I'll give this Off-hand Shield mod a rating of 9.9. It is truly perfect, I cannot think of a single bad thing about it.
