I was thinking that if a topic has been solved or completed or past its relevance, should the poster not been given the power to dissolve the topic?
Feel free to give ur comments.

If someone needs help with something, usually posts a topic and (maybe) gets their problems solved. But if that thread gets deleted, other users who might have the same problems will have to open other threads, instead of looking for threads where their problems might have already been solved.
It would be a waste...
