Been with one girl for over three years now and just got dumped. Ya I feel like crap right now, but I suppose life goes on. Doesn't mean I can't have a few days of drunkenness right? I mean three years!... ive only been alive 19 years...so 3 of them is a substantial fraction 3/19...ioonno. I guess i can look on the bright side...one less birthday I have to remember...and anniversary too... i can forget that. im gonna go sit in a dark room and listen to love songs for a little while...bye

Yeah, that stuff sucks. I was with a girl for three years before we broke up and it really was quite a horrible feeling. Just, um... take it easy, work through the pain, and eventually you'll get to being better than before. It just takes some time and it never feels easy when you're in the middle of it.
And of course, always be mindful to try not to do anything too stupid or embarrassing, like a fugly rebound or something.

Yeah, 3 years is a long time. But it's something of an opportunity as well to now realise you're OK and can handle the world on your own

Okay okay okay, I have had experiences with girls. And it sucked. And besides, I'd rather not take the risk of getting slapped, which is often what they do right before they break up with you.

Thanks Sharp, I am not one to get dumped like this and then go on rants about how it was all her fault or that all women are like this or that. I mean I still love her, maybe not like a girlfriend boy friend thing but when you are with somebody that much for three years its hard not to have some sorta bond. We have been talking some, mostly "Hey whats up" or "how ya doin" but of course one of her 'reasons' behind our breakup was that i was just "a fun person to be around" and not much more. a curse and a blessing I suppose. oh well I am doing pretty good now, just having a tough time when people ask me about her since most people dont know yet that we arent together anymore. Eh, suppose i'll get over it.
