You mean the links or the addresses themselves? The links work fine for me.

Which mailto: links? On the staffpage there aren't any. If you want a staffmember's email address just click their profile.

Why don't you just copy and paste the email addresses into you send to box when you compose and email?

If nothing happens, your browser probably just doesn't know what email program to open to handle the link, so it won't open it. Go to your internet settings to set up what email app you use.
