Well, that's kind of what I think... when I think of the holidays, I mostly think of it as a time to be generous and kind, and as a time for love. So I guess "holiday spirit" is love, friendship, and generosity. And I wish it on you all this season.

it *should* involve "pace, love and empathy", but it actually is a giant consumerism extravaganza. look at my position, i have to go christmas shopping today, and the chances are i won't come out of town alive, or sane...
sooo... i have decided not to celebrate christmas anymore. instead, i will eat some nice food, drink some nice drink, and have a good time, to hell with the presents.
