Eurovision & Lordi
As you may or may not know, the Eurovision song contest is a yearly contest where all European countries each select a (usually crappy) song and then let everyone decide which song is the least crappiest.
But this year Finland is sending Lordi, a hard rock monster band! Check out Hard Rock Hallelujah, their performance. Normally I don't listen to this type of music, but after a couple dozen of listenings, it grew on me.
Did any of our Finnish members vote for them? Scratcher? Sharp? MTG? Zanthia? Lunacre?
Belgium is sending Kate Ryan's "Je t'adore" (I adore you), which will end up doing just as bad as that title sounds

They should send Nightwish.. oh wait, they don't have a female vocal at the moment
2 questions: doesn't this belong to off topic? and why doesn't Dukie have a purple star, like all staff?
Lordi!
The devil is a loser and he's my...
...eh... swear filter keeps me from finishing that

Here in Romania, there was a great band with a great hit. They just couldn't sing life proper. That's why, someone else will represent us(a good singer with a not-that-good song).
They were planning to send Nightwish a few years back, if I remember correctly, but people did not vote for them so we sent some nobody instead
Didn't vote this year either, but this has to be better than an Italian-looking opera guy singing in Italian (who actually came in second).
