It seems that a file can't have an average score of 0.0, if a reviewer gives a score of 0.0 the average score is still N/A. Can this be fixed?

Someday...

Surely its a bit disheartening giving someone 0.0!

We're not a psychiatric institution, if somebody makes a crappy file surely you could give it a 0.0...

If a file gets an average of O.O, doesn't that realisticly mean that people wanted to give it a negative score? What would that mean? The drive heads errased the D-mod by Etch method?
