I disagree... Spiderman is the future while He-Man was the past. Spiderman has superhuman abilities whereas He-Man is just Arnold Schwarchneger x 2...
Spiderman could go up the wall, web he-man and shoot him with an uzi or something. Superman would beat both of them easily though.
