Post-Revivers?
ONLY RESPOND IF YOU'VE REVIVED A POST THAT STOPPED BEFORE JUNE 2004. Who has revived a post after a long time being dead?
I have. I just did 5 minutes ago.
...who the hell cares (other than you)? Seriously? Are you proud of yourself, or what?
Don't be harsh Tal, I didn't even understand was I was supposed to do
ONLY REVIVE POSTS IF YOU WANT TO BE BANNED.
Your ultimatum is hard to take seriously because it's hard to say what qualifies as reviving.
On the other hand, it's easy to take seriously because it's written in capital letters.
I'm so confused...
Seriously though, I agree, necromancy is really annoying, although I've done it once or twice.

in my opinion it's acceptable when someone has something significant to say... and those "what are you listening to right now" type of threads are pretty ageless.
I only used capital letters in some sort of mockery of DinkKiller's original post. I was going to make it a more amusing copy, but I got lazy.
Anyway... yeah, reviving dead posts *can* be alright. But, in my opinion which may be completely and absolutely wrong, the only dead posts that should be revived are in the File Discussion forums. Those posts are fairly specific, and it might help to post to it if you're stuck in the same spot as someone else was years ago.
But to revive dead posts in some silly contest to see who can revive the oldest or most... is truly aggrivating.
