What is the point of having a chat room link if it is disabled? If you don't like it either please mention it. If enough people compalain they might bother fix things.

I wish the java chatroom would come back. Much more people would participate if they only needed to press the "chat" button to get to the chatroom.

There is a long history behind the chat. But I'm not going to enlighten you. I'm just like that.

Do people forget so soon why the old chatrooms were never a fantastic success?

Some may think it's because I never turned up to my own chats, but they probably have emotional problems. The real reason is because we are all to egocentric to converse sensibly with one another.

It's true.

In my case it is not because I don't remember... it is because I wasn't here. It is usually a little hard to remember something you never saw or knew about don't you find.

Oh and speak for yourself... some people like myself are not egocentric. QWuite the reverse. I recently had to realize that the reason I was getting nowhere with my books I was trying to write because I didn't have enough belief in myself and was being over critical of my work.

I'm pretty sure that Sabre's 'egocentric' remark was a throw-away joke. But, you assumed that he was talking about you. Does that make you egocentric?

I think morso paranoid than egocentric, but, well, that's me.

I find talking in chat...ummm...sometimes makes me look like a bigger jacka** then I already do here. *grin*

I did not assume he was talking about me I was mentioning that I believe I am not like that as related topic.

I think a better reason for you getting nowhere with your books is because you spell "quite" with a W.
And it was, as Redink says, a bit of a throwaway joke. Nothing too serious.

I am egocentric however, as well as being amazingly fantabulous.

You used a made up word in an English essay? Ah well... I used to do that too. And sign my name, James "Shaggy from Scooby Doo" Troughton. And hide in the corner, turning the lights on and off. And read Othello as if it were a comedy script, adding extra lines where they were needed - Shakespeare always needed that little bit of "jazzing" up.

I could never understand why I was always getting kicked out of class.
