New Dev Graphics: Belgotha
Simon Klaebe aims to amuse and amaze with his latest release, Belgotha Graphics. It contains a new player character, a 'Moogle', along with several other graphics and tiles of quite good quality. Its also in D-Mod format, so even if you're not a developer you might want to check it out just to walk around and experience the graphics in their glory.

If he's releasing graphics at this stage, I take that as a good indicator his dmod will not be finished anytime soon?
Shouldn't that hand in the screenshot be a Moogle Paw?
What else does the pack include? The tiles, I take it... but what about the status bar? I really like that status bar.
And the "Yeah" animation can be used to make a really cool levelling up script.

I readed that document about "mooglemod". It's good to see some new graphics.
I have found a bug in the graphics. When that creature...forgot the name.
Punches in the right direction he jumps stops punches.

the moogle kinda looks like the moogle from ffxi in the mog houses heh
Maybe it is from there, but i do noe think so. BTW where have you been NamH666? havent seen you lately?
heh i still chek dink network DAILY ^^ heh im just a lurker looking for something interesting to read (reviews) yea yea im always bored
Yes you have found a bug... well sort of. I played around with changing values in the dink.ini files and other stuff months ago when I was working on the DinkC Ref winHelp file.
I forgot to change them back... oppps
So go to the dink.ini file ... open it in a text editor and change the following...
set_frame_delay 106 2 800
to
set_frame_delay 106 2 100
and all should be fine...
also for sad look delete the script key-83.c and then rename the script key-83n.c to key-83.c - sorry for this stuff

Yeah, I've never played FF stuff, but Sabretrout wanted one of these - apparently I forgot one specific detail - a pom pom thing on a head that Kyle pointed out to me - but this pom pom thing was not on the guide pictures Sabre sent me... it would've been fun to animate that as he walked etc...
With what program do you make the graphics?
Maybe you could teach me sometime!
Maybe you could teach me sometime!
I use Blender... There are many tutorials on the net... but it's not something that one can learn quickly.

scratcher
graphic programs are sick. They're much harder to master than e.g. DinkC
I know! DinkC could master a baby. DinkC isn't really a program language. :-/
So that implies you're working on something D-Mod-like Kory or?
DinkC could master a baby.
Yeah, watch out babies out there, you're gonna be mastered by DinkC! Muahahahaha!!
