First off, the very first official IRC dink chat will be held on Wednesday, September 6th at 7 PM Central North American time. Please come, it's going to be pretty informal.

And then there's Java chat. As all of you know by now, there is no Java chat right now, although there is still a Java chat staff. The question is, do you think an unofficial Java chat is needed? I was going to host one on my geocities site if the other staffers thought one was needed, but none of them found time to reply to my email...

Anyways, if y'all could post a little opinion below, I'd be much obliged. Thanks!

Goodness, I'm out of it today... Sorry, September 11th. And I wasn't really planning on continuing with it, but if there's any demand for it... I think Sabre offered to have one, if I remembered correctly.

The IRC dink chat will now be held on Monday, September 9th at 7 PM Central North American time.
