When I visit the board, it seems that some posts I know I haven't read are marked as read. (As an example, I've yet to read Tullisti's "move() problems..." thread, yet it's marked as read.)

I also have this very strange taste in my mouth...it tastes like what something poisonous would smell like. Egad.

It will probably not happen again. Too complicated to explain, well, kinda. See, message numbers you viewed after the First Wipe will still be recognized as viewed after the Second Wipe... anyway, I think it will stop after around message 18 (which was the last message posted after the first wipe)... which was Tullisti's move() problems thread in this second wipe. If it keeps on happening, let me know.
